Equipment Description:
As a new application technology, the servo motor automatic spray painting line is a project of our company in Hunan. The painting line has a high degree of automation and fewer manual workstations, which greatly saves manpower and energy consumption. Once it was put into production, it received widespread attention from the local government. Its process flow is loading → dry ice cleaning → preheating → spray painting → leveling → curing → cooling → unloading.
Main structures and components:
1. Composition of paint spraying equipment The paint spraying room adopts a water cyclone structure, which consists of a room body, an air supply system, a bottom paint mist treatment device, an exhaust system, a water circulation system, and a paint supply system. Under the action of the air supply fan, a certain negative wind speed is formed in the room (the wind speed is between 0.3~0.7m/s), and it falls into the water from top to bottom along the water curtain plate. The exhaust gas is treated by a set of cyclone plate washing tower equipment and then discharged. 2. Main structure of the equipment The overall equipment adopts a reasonable and effective design during design, which can withstand the additional force caused by the imbalance of wind pressure when the equipment starts and the overall load-bearing capacity, so as to achieve the optimization of the structure. 3. Exhaust gas treatment device The design of the exhaust gas treatment device is based on national standards, and adopts a double-stage filter + medium-efficiency filter bag for treatment before discharge.
